Checking In and Out

Check-in for the hotel is any time from 12pm midday to 11pm on the day of arrival, and check-out is any time before 11am of the day of departure. Please note, if you wish to check-in earlier than 12pm, or check-out later than 11am, then you must inform a member of staff in advance and this may incur a charge.

 

Hotel Keys

Your room key also unlocks the front door of reception, so you are free to come and go from the hotel as you wish. Upon check-out please leave your key on the Hotel Reception desk. Bookings made on the day of arrival may also be asked for a £20 key deposit to be returned to the customer upon check-out.

 

Smoking Policy

All our hotel rooms are smoke-free. If you wish to smoke during your stay, feel free to use the heated smoking area provided outside the hotel reception. If any customer is found to be smoking in a hotel room, additional charges may be incurred.

 

Hotel Telephones

Each room in the hotel is equipped with a telephone which can ring directly to the bar. Please feel free to call down to contact a member of staff if you have any problems, questions or special requirements, and we will do our best to assist in any matter. Please note hotel telephones cannot be used to ring outside numbers: if you requre a payphone, there is one located in the bar.

 

Room Service

There are menus located in each hotel room. Although we do not offer room service as such, you are more than welcome to ring the bar and place a restaurant order which can be collected and taken to your room, or eaten in the restaurant if desired.

 

Breakfast

Our hotel does not offer a breakfast service as the premises is not open until 11am.

 

Stadium Event Days

Due to the volume of custom we receive on days when there are events at Wembley Stadium, certain aspects of our day-to-day service are subject to change. When football matches take place at Wembley Stadium our restaurant is usually closed and replaced with a barbecue service, and there are no tables available to be booked in the pub. There is also the possibility of early closure of the pub due to Wembley Police regulations. When music events are held at the Stadium, our regular menu is replaced with a selected one, and waiting times for food may increase. If these alterations cause you any inconvenience during your stay, we do apologise: we endeavour to offer the best possible service to all our guests. The list of forthcoming event days at Wembley provided overleaf should inform you if a Wembley Stadium Event falls on a date during your stay.

 

Out Of Hours Assisstance

If you require any assistance outside the pub's regular opening hours, please contact us on 0844 836 7389 and we'll do our best to assist. Please note this number should not be used to make hotel bookings, and prank phone calls will not be tolerated.
